Shipping and Delivery
Packaging
Sustainability and packaging are two themes that go hand in hand and have always been important to us. From saving materials through packaging simplification to using more recycled materials as filler to facilitate recycling after use.
The special eco-friendly Kraft paper tape (100% recycled and recyclable) with natural glue adhesive seals our packages, allowing them to be recycled together with the packaging and making disposal easier.
Tube Boxes
The tubes will be packaged in our custom boxes, each with its selection data, and protected with appropriate packing materials to ensure integrity during transport. Since these supplies were not originally intended for retail sale, most products do not come with original packaging unless otherwise specified.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the total amount of items in the cart and are automatically calculated during the purchase process. All packages are insured, and the carrier is automatically selected based on the destination.
International Shipping
For all purchases from countries outside the European Community, any import customs duties and local taxes will be borne by the recipient. Vacuum Tubes Treasures has no control over these charges, which may vary from country to country. We encourage you to contact your local customs office to verify any additional costs.
Shipping Times and Delivery Methods
The delivery times indicated are purely indicative. Delays or unilateral changes by the carrier, especially during busy periods like holidays, are not attributable to Vacuum Tube Treasures. In the event of significant delays, please contact us via the dedicated Contact page to verify the status of your shipment.
Liability During Transport
We take great care in packaging to protect the goods during transport and ensure "zero risk" by adding full insurance to cover the entire value of the products you purchase.
ATTENTION: If you notice any anomalies or dents on the packaging when receiving the parcel, please write a claim on the delivery note (clearly and precisely describing the damage) and take photographs of the package both externally and internally.
This step is necessary to activate the insurance. Otherwise, the insurance will be invalid, Vacuum Tubes Treasures will be exempt from responsibility, and all responsibility will pass to the customer.
The customer must report any incidents through the dedicated Contact page within 24 hours of delivery. We will contact you immediately to resolve the issue.
ATTENTION: AFTER 24 HOURS FROM THE DELIVERY OF THE GOODS, IT WILL NO LONGER BE POSSIBLE TO ACTIVATE THE INSURANCE SERVICE, AND WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS OF THE PURCHASED GOODS.
In the event of non-conformity or visible damage, the customer may also refuse the delivery and return the package to the courier. In this case, the return shipping costs will be borne by us.
Order Tracking
Upon order fulfillment, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor their shipment and organize delivery independently.
Holidays and Non-Working Days
Holidays and non-working days may affect shipping and delivery times, extending the expected duration. Shipments are not made during Italian national holidays, and Vacuum Tubes Treasures cannot be held responsible for delays in order processing, fulfillment, or delivery.
