Competent Court
For civil disputes governed by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the competent court will be that of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located within the Italian territory.

For all other disputes not subject to the Consumer Code, the competent court will be that of Teramo (Italy).

Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute regarding the application, execution, interpretation, or breach of these general sales conditions is subject to Italian law.
