Packing

Sustainability and packaging are two themes that travel together and have always been dear to us. From saving materials through simplification of packaging, to the possibility of using more recycled material as filler to facilitate recycling activities after use.
The special ecological Kraft paper tape (100% recycled and recyclable) with natural glue adhesive closes our packages, allows them to be recycled together with the packaging and facilitates disposal.

Tube Boxes

The valves will be packaged in our custom boxes, each with its own selection data. Since these are supplies that were not intended for retail sale, almost all of the products do not have the original box, unless otherwise specified.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the total amount of the items in the cart and are calculated automatically during the purchase process. All parcels travel insured and the courier is automatically chosen based on the destination to be reached.

Shipping abroad
For all purchases from countries not belonging to the European community, any import customs fees will be paid by the recipient. Vacuum Tubes Treasures has no control over import customs duties which may vary from country to country, so please contact your country's customs to check for any additional costs.

Shipping times and delivery methods:
The delivery times indicated are to be considered purely indicative. Delays or unilateral changes by the carrier to a collection point (for example near periods of heavy traffic such as holidays) are in no way attributable to Vacuum Tube Treasures. Each instance remains the responsibility of the Customer and must be resolved directly with the Express Courier used.

Responsibility during transport:
We take particular care in packaging to protect the goods during transport and we assure you of "zero risk" by adding a comprehensive insurance to save the full value of your products from loss or damage to the goods purchased by you.
WARNING: for any anomaly or dent found on the packaging upon receipt of the package, write a complaint on the delivery note (state in writing with certain and non-generic reservation on the waybill, the specific description of the damage found ) and take photographs of the package externally and internally.
This is to avoid problems with the insurance on any damage not visible from the outside.
The lack of this procedure invalidates the insurance, exempts Vacuum Tubes Treasures from any other request and all responsibility in this regard passes to the customer.
The customer must report any incident using the appropriate page Contacts no later than 24 hours after delivery. We will contact you immediately to resolve the problem.

ATTENTION!!!!!

AFTER 24 HOURS AFTER DELIVERY OF THE GOODS, IT WILL NO LONGER BE POSSIBLE TO ACTIVATE THE INSURANCE SERVICE AND WE WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE TO ACCEPT THE RETURN OF THE GOODS PURCHASED.
In the case of non-conformity or apparent damage, the customer can also refuse the delivery and fill in the form indicating the problem encountered.
Return the package to the courier.
The shipping costs for returning the goods, in this case, will be paid by us.


Traceability of the order:
When the order is processed, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number where he can monitor his shipment and organize himself for the delivery.


Holidays and non-working days:
Holidays and non-working days may influence shipping and delivery times by extending the expected times. Vacuum Tube Treasures cannot be held responsible in any way for any delays in processing, fulfilling or delivering your order.
