Packaging

Sustainability and packaging quality are key priorities for us.
We carefully package each order to ensure maximum protection during transport while minimizing environmental impact.

We use:

  • custom tube boxes with selection data when applicable,
  • recycled and recyclable packing materials,
  • eco-friendly kraft paper tape with natural adhesive, allowing easy recycling of the entire package.

Unless otherwise specified, vintage and NOS tubes were not originally intended for retail sale and may not include original manufacturer packaging.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the total amount of items in the cart and are calculated automatically during checkout.
All shipments are fully insured. The courier is selected automatically based on destination, weight, and shipment characteristics.

International Shipping

For orders shipped outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Vacuum Tubes Treasures has no control over these charges, which may vary by country. Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs authorities for further information before placing an order.

Shipping Times and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only.
Delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, holidays, or peak periods are not attributable to Vacuum Tubes Treasures.

Shipments are not processed or dispatched on Italian national holidays or non-working days.

Order Tracking

Once the order has been fulfilled, the Customer will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number, allowing independent monitoring of the shipment.

Transport and Delivery Issues

We take great care in packaging orders to minimize the risk of damage during transport.
In the event of visible damage to the parcel upon delivery, Customers are kindly invited to contact us promptly so that we can assist with the appropriate carrier claim procedure.
