Update – April 2025

Recent changes to US import policies have introduced new duties on many products imported from Europe, including vintage audio components.
A general 20% tariff may now apply, even for shipments under 800 USD.

We continue to provide complete documentation for the “US Goods Returned” customs treatment, which can help minimize or eliminate customs duties where applicable. Please note that duties are ultimately assessed by US Customs and may still apply depending on the specific contents and documentation of each shipment.

We remain constantly updated to support our US customers with transparency and full assistance.

Most of our vacuum tubes were originally made in the United States during the golden era of audio — the 1950s and 1960s. Today, they return home as carefully selected and tested treasures for collectors, musicians, and audiophiles.

Each tube is:

✔️ Of American origin (unless clearly specified otherwise)
✔️ Individually tested with professional-grade equipment (Amplitrex AT1000)
✔️ Packaged with care and sealed for protection
✔️ Accompanied by accurate documentation for customs

This return process applies only to tubes originally manufactured in the United States. Tubes of other origin (eg, Mullard, Telefunken, etc.) may be subject to standard import duties.

We do everything possible to ensure re-importation to the US is smooth and duty-free, whenever applicable (HTS code 9801.00.10).

If your order includes American-made tubes returning home, we include the proper declaration to help minimize or eliminate duties.
