Description:

Precious Matched Trio of 5814A / 12AU7WA / E82CC General Electric Five Stars, authentic American production Made in USA from 1966, characterized by Gray Plates with Halo Getter construction. The GE Five Stars series identifies a professional, high-reliability production, particularly valued for its stability, durability, and build quality, and highly sought after today in high-end vintage audio applications.

The manufacturing code RV places the production in November 1966 and identifies the historic General Electric Company, Syracuse, New York. The three tubes belong to the same type and have been selected as a Matched Trio based on the close correspondence of electrical values.

The trio has been carefully tested in our laboratory using the Amplitrex AT-1000 Tube Tester, obtaining a VERY STRONG classification. The transconductance values of the six sections are extremely close, ranging between Gm 2040 and 2200, with anode currents between 9.8 and 11.0 mA. A particularly uniform result, which highlights an excellent electrical state and remarkable consistency among the three specimens.

All tubes have also passed a 48-hour Burn-in / Stability Test and have been selected as Ultra Low Noise & Microphonics, with low and well-controlled noise. They are therefore particularly suitable even for the most sensitive audio stages, including V1, preamplifiers, and compatible phono stages. The internal balance is very good, making the specimens also suitable for use as a phase inverter in compatible hi-fi and instrumental applications.

Sonically, vintage GE Five Stars 5814A are appreciated for a balanced, precise, and musical presentation, with natural and well-defined mids, controlled bass, and a clean and open high range. The combination of professional selection, low noise, and excellent consistency between sections makes this trio particularly interesting for stereo systems and equipment that require multiple tubes with uniform electrical behavior.

Ideal for hi-fi preamplifiers, integrated amplifiers, line stages, DACs and tube buffers, phase inverters, professional equipment, and guitar amplifiers designed for 5814A / 12AU7WA / E82CC and compatible equivalents.

The tubes are Vintage, carefully tested, and perfectly functional. Cosmetic conditions are good, with partially eroded but still legible markings and a well-preserved tube body. They are supplied in our custom boxes for optimal protection.

A selected Matched Trio GE Five Stars 5814A / 12AU7WA / E82CC Gray Plates Halo Getter from 1966, genuinely tested by Vacuum Tubes Treasures, with VERY STRONG, Ultra Low Noise & Microphonics and exceptionally consistent electrical values: a particularly valuable solution for those seeking three authentic vintage General Electric professional tubes perfectly selected for audio use.
