Sustainability and packaging are two themes that travel together and have always been dear to us. From material savings through the simplification of the packaging, to the possibility of using more recycled material as a filler to facilitate recycling activities after use.
The special Kraft ecological paper tape (100% recycled and recyclable) with natural glue adhesive closes our parcels, allows them to be recycled together with the packaging and facilitates disposal.
The valves will be packaged in our customized boxes, each with its own selection data. Since these are supplies that were not intended for retail sale, almost all of the products do not have the original box that is commonly associated with these products, unless otherwise specified.
Shipping costs vary according to the total amount of the items in the cart and are calculated automatically during the purchase procedure. All parcels travel insured and the courier is chosen automatically based on the destination to be reached.

For all purchases from countries outside the European community, any import customs fees will be charged to the recipient. Vacuum Tubes Treasures has no control over customs import duties which may vary from country to country, therefore please contact the customs of your country to check import costs.
We take particular care in packing to protect the goods during transport. In the unlikely event that a package with obvious signs of damage is delivered by the carrier, please accept it after checking the integrity of the contents, display the specific description of the damage found in writing with certain and not generic reservations on the waybill . Claims will not be accepted for goods that have arrived damaged after you have accepted the collection.
The customer must report any incident using the dedicated page Contact no later than 24 hours after delivery . We will immediately contact you to solve the problem.
AFTER 24 HOURS FROM THE DELIVERY OF THE GOODS, IT WILL NO LONGER BE POSSIBLE TO ACTIVATE THE INSURANCE SERVICE AND WE WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE TO ACCEPT THE RETURN OF THE PURCHASED GOODS.
In the event of non-compliance or apparent damage, the customer can refuse delivery and fill in the form indicating the problem encountered.
Return the package to the courier.
The shipping costs for returning the goods, in this case, will be borne by us.
